DELIVERY AND RETURNS                   

Delivery charges are currently set as follows for the UK:

• Free UK Mainland delivery on orders of £300 and over. 
• International shipment charges will be calculated dependent upon weight. Please contact us for charges or proceed to the check-out where carriage charges will be calculated.
• Please refer to the main Terms regarding Shipping and Returns.

General

1. These Conditions of Sale are for all customers.

2. Goods are subject to availability.

3. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.

4. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price, error, omission or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.

Prices and Payment

5. VAT is included in all shop prices and will be deducted for non EU purchases

6. We accept payment via all major Credit and Debit cards, Paypal, Direct bank transfer in GBP or Euros, cheque or postal order, although it may be possible to pay using other means by agreement with us beforehand.

Delivery

7. Despatch times are typically within 24-72 hours within the UK where we hold stock, though this will be longer dependent upon the availability of goods via our network of suppliers and international shipments. Check Delivery & Charges in our online shop for current delivery charges.

8. Our delivery charges include limited product insurance but is is the customers responsibility to arrange safe receipt of goods. You may be liable for additional carriage charges where repeated attempted deliveries have failed.

Cancellation

9. You cannot cancel an order once we are processing it, unless this is agreed in writing by our authorised representative. All delivery times are quoted in good faith and are approximate, subject to our suppliers and carriers fulfilling their contracts. During busy periods and in particular during the European Manufacturers summer holiday periods, you may experience considerable delay in receiving your goods. You will be advised of this at the time of ordering.

Returns

10. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are happy with all relevant details before placing an order.

11. It is unacceptable for you to make a return without our prior agreement. Conditions will apply where we do decide to accept a return. The products must be unused and in perfect condition. Where we accept a return, there will be a handling charge of 20% of the purchase price. The return needs to be sent by recorded delivery and the products received within 14 days of agreement that we will accept a return. P&P costs are non refundable and if your goods qualified for free delivery a charge will be made to cover our original delivery costs. The refund will be made within 5 days of receipt, inspection and approval of the return. If the return does not meet the required standards then we will notify you of this. You will have the option of paying to have the item returned to you, but you will have to pay reasonable postage and packing charges in advance.

Promotions

12. Various promotions may be offered by us and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

13. Coupons and gift vouchers will have their own terms and conditions regarding their redemption. Please read these terms on the coupon or promotional material giving the coupon or gift voucher code.

14. Coupons and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

15. We reserve the right to withdraw coupons and gift vouchers at our own discretion and without prior notice, particularly where an error or omission has been made.

By using our website you agree not to intentionally misuse it and to be bound by our terms. Our website may contain hyper-links to other websites completely unrelated to us; we are not responsible for the content or practices of such websites. Service on our website may be interrupted occasionally and errors may occur. Use of our website is governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
